WORKING AT ROYAL GORGE
Royal Gorge is the largest cross country ski resort in North America and has been ranked "Number One" by Snow Country Magazine. The skiing is breath taking, and the surrounding area fabulous. HOUSING
Securing housing in any resort area is a difficult process. Royal Gorge makes every effort to provide employee housing for those full time employees that require it in a group setting. Several furnished houses are rented in advance of the season. Depending on your preference of a private or shared room, your rent can range from $200-350/month plus utilities. Housing is limited, and if it is needed, please make note of it in your application. Royal Gorge also provides a bunk house style accommodation for those employees that work on a part time basis.
BASIC EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Availability Dates: Mid November - Mid April Hours: Average 40 hours per week. Overtime: After 48 hours.
As in any ski area, work hours depend entirely on the weather.
